We are not health experts, nutritionists, or medical professionals, but are normal, ordinary Americans who are tired (literally) or the endless cycle of poor health, obesity, depression, and fatigue that seem so prevalent in the world around us today. We see rises in obesity, heart disease, diabetes, food allergies, along with depression and other mental illnesses, with no explanation as to why. New medicines enter the market almost daily to try to fix the issues, but we honestly believe there is a better way.
There are many pharmaceuticals that are life-saving and immensely beneficial, and we don’t view pharma as an enemy to good health and mental wellness. We do, however, think there are better ways to improve health and increase mental wellness in general that can often reduce the need for such medications. The foods we eat, the things we drink, and all the things we put in our bodies contribute to our general health in ways the world is just beginning to understand.
